New registrations temporarily stopped

I have put a bar on new registrations for now as we seem to be under attack from addresses in Russia.
They can all fuck off and hopefully the orange idiot in the states will realise the error of his ways and nuke the buggers. Normal service will resume shortly. People can always email me if they have a genuine need to register and UCET admins can register people as well.
